The roots of a polynomial are given below. Find two linear factors and the corresponding quadratic factor.

$x = -2 +\sqrt { 3 }$ , $x = -2 −\sqrt { 3 }$
Step 1(a):
Find the first factor.
$(x - (-2 + \sqrt{3}))$
Step 2(a):
Find the second factor.
Step 3(a):
Multiply together to get the quadratic factor.

$x = -2 + i$ , $x = -2 - i$
Hint (b):
Follow similar steps in part (a).
