  1. Draw the vector on your resource page and write it in both component and form.

  2. Calculate the magnitude and direction of the vector.

The magnitude is the length of the vector. Sketch a "slope triangle" and
use the Pythagorean Theorem to calculate the length of the vector.

Use inverse tangent to determine the direction of the vector.
Recall that the direction is measured counterclockwise from the positive -axis.
