Con este problema, se comprobará el cálculo de áreas y perímetros de figuras complejas. Se hará referencia a este como Punto de comprobación 2.

Calcula el área y el perímetro de cada figura a continuación.

  1. paralelogramo

    A parallelogram with bottom and top sides each 16 cm and left and right sides each 10 cm. A right triangle is created by a line segment of 9 cm.

  1. trapecio

    A trapezoid with bottom base 44.67 m and top base 25 m, left side 21 m and right side 24 m. A right triangle is created by a line segment of 20 m drawn from the upper left vertex to the base at right angles.

  1. An enclosed figure: Starting at the upper left corner: right 12 centimeters, down 2 centimeters, left 3 centimeters, down 5 centimeters, right unknown, down unknown, left 9 centimeters, up 7 centimeters, left unknown, up 2 centimeters to enclose the figure.

  1. A trapezoid has a bottom base, 23 feet. The two sides are each 10 feet. The top base spans 11 feet, but 4 feet from both ends is an indention of 3 feet long by 2 feet wide rectangle removed from the top of the trapezoid. A right triangle is created by a line segment of 8 feet drawn from the upper right vertex perpendicular to the base.
