1. $\frac{3}{7}\div \frac{2}{3}$

$\frac{ 3 }{7 } \div \frac{2}{3} = \frac{3}{7} \cdot \frac{3}{2}$

$\frac{3 \cdot 3}{7 \cdot 2} = \frac{9}{14}$

1. $1.2\div0.04$

$1.2 \div 0.04 = \frac{12}{10} \div \frac{4}{100}$

1. $\frac{11}{4}$ of $\frac{3}{7}$

In this case, "of" indicates to multiply.
