Substitute $2$ for $x$ into each equation then follow the Order of Operations to calculate the value of $y$.

1. $y = 7 − 3x$

Let $x = 2$: $y = 7 − 3(2)$

1. $y = x^2 − 1$

$y = 3$

1. $y = \frac { 18 } { x }$

$y = 9$
