Since the first equation is already solved for $y$ try using substitution.

$\left(\frac{1}{3},-2\right)$

1. \begin{aligned}[t] 3x &- 2y = 30 \\ 2x &+ 3y = -19 \end{aligned}

Are there different numbers that you could multiply the top and bottom equations by that would eliminate a term?
