Plot $ΔABC$ on graph paper with points $A(1,1)$, $B(-1,-1)$, and $C(4,-1)$.

1. Use the function ($x→-x$, $y→y$) to transform $ΔABC$. Label this triangle $ΔA′B′C′$. What kind of transformation does this produce? Name the coordinates of the image.

This transformation produces a reflection over the $y$-axis.
Name the coordinates of each image point.

2. Now translate $ΔABC$ upward and right a total distance of five units, parallel to the line $y = \frac { 4 } { 3 }x + 5$ to create $ΔA″B″C″$. Name the coordinates of the image.

This translation is to be parallel to the line, meaning you should translate every point up $4$ and to the right $3$.
