  1. If he wants players to have a probability of winning a small toy, how many blue blocks should he have?

    Since picking a blue block gives a small toy prize, Darnell can consider the probability of picking a blue block as the probability of winning a small toy.

    If he wants players to have a probability of winning a small toy, of the  blocks in the bag should be blue.
