7-72.

Describe the associations in the two graphs below. Remember to describe the form, direction, and outliers.

A scatter plot, x axis labeled Time in days, y axis labeled, Amount of Mold on Cheese, in square centimeters. Most of the points with low, x values, have low, y values. The points with high, x values, have very high, y values.

A scatter plot, x axis labeled, Education in years, y axis labeled, Yearly Income in dollars. Points with low, x values, have low, y values. Points with high, x values, have high, y values.

In Graph 2, as the number of years of education increases, the yearly income increases.

The increase seems fairly linear in Graph 2, but not in Graph 1.

Graph 2 is a positive linear association with no outliers.
