Notice that x = 1 makes the function undefined.
Try making a table and using x = 0, 0.5, 0.8, 0.9, 1.1, 1.2, 1.5, 2.
y-intercept: (0, −2)
x-intercept: (−2, 0)
There is no value for g(1) because dividing by zero is undefined.
This creates a break in the graph.
