Solve the equation:

$\frac{1}{3} (3x-6)^3 + 4 \lt 13$

$\frac{1}{3} (3x-6)^3\lt 9$

$(3x−6)^3<27$
$3x−6<3$
$x<3$

Plot the boundary point on a number line.
