The diagram below shows three bold segments. Find the coordinates of the midpoint of each segment.  

Three line segments are graphed. Line segment A has points (2, comma 3), and (7, comma 3). Line segment B has points (negative 3, comma 4), and (negative 3, comma negative 1). Line segment C has points (negative 2, comma negative 2), and (5, comma negative 2)

Start at the endpoints of each segment and move to the center for each segment. What are the coordinates of this point? In order to calculate the coordinates of the midpoint, average the -coordinates and the -coordinates of the endpoints.
