Find the area and perimeter of the shape below. Show all work.

An enclosed figure. Draw down 5 miles and then diagonally down 3 miles and to the right 3 miles. Then draw diagonally up 3 miles and to the right 6 miles. Then draw up 2 miles and to the left 3 miles. Finally, draw diagonally up and to the left until the figure is enclosed.
