10-166.

Can the following series converge to multiple values? Explain how you know.

$5 - 3 + \frac { 9 } { 5 } - \frac { 27 } { 25 } +\ldots$

The Riemann Series Theorem states that a conditionally convergent series can be rearranged to converge to any number.

If a series converges absolutely, then any series obtained from it by regrouping or rearranging the terms has the same value.
