Write the antiderivative for each function below. Test your solution by verifying that $F ^\prime (x) = f(x)$.

1. $f(x) = 4x^{−​3} + \frac { 1 } { 2 } x -3$

The anti derivative of the first term is: $-2x^{-2}$. Do not forget the $+ C$.

1. $f ( x ) = \frac { 6 } { x ^ { 2 } }$

Rewrite $f(x)$ with a negative exponent before anti-differentiating.
