Write a complete set of approach statements for the following functions. Also, write the equations of any end-behavior functions.

1. $f ( x ) = \frac { x ^ { 2 } - 2 x - 3 } { x - 2 }$

A complete set of approach statements will include:
$x→+∞$
$x→−∞$
$x→\left(\text{hole}\right)^{−}$
$x→\left(\text{hole}\right)^{+}$
$x→\left(\text{vertical asymptote}\right)^{−}$
$x→\left(\text{vertical asymptote}\right)^{+}$

If a function has a horizontal asymptote, then that is also the end behavior.

2. $f ( x ) = \frac { \operatorname { cos } ( x ) } { x }$
