2. $y = \tan(6x)$ 

   Hint (b):

   Recall that the derivative of $y = \tan x$ is $y^\prime = \sec^2x$.

3. $y = \ln(6x)$ 

   Hint (c):

   Do you see the pattern?
   Notice that all three of these problems ask you to differentiate composite functions with an 'inner' function that has a coefficient of $6$.
   Compare and contrast their derivatives.

   Answer (c):

   $=6\left ( \frac{1}{6x} \right )=\frac{1}{x}$
