Sketch one function that satisfies all of the following conditions. Does your graph have any asymptotes?

• $\lim\limits_ { x \rightarrow - \infty } f ( x ) = 2$

• $\lim\limits _ { x \rightarrow 3 ^ { - } } f ( x ) = - 4$

• $\lim\limits_ { x \rightarrow 3 ^ { + } } f ( x ) = 1$

• $\lim\limits_ { x \rightarrow \infty } f ( x ) = - 2$

Function has a jump at $x = 3$, since the limit as $x→3−$ does not agree with the limit as $x → 3+$.

Function has a different horizontal asymptote as $x → ∞$ than as $x → −∞$.
