Remember: Whenever you multiply two terms with the same base, you can add the exponents.
Cadel is correct because he followed the exponent rules. Jorge is incorrect.
The Distributive Property cannot be used because there is no addition or
subtraction involved. Lauren did not follow the exponent rules either, so she
too is incorrect.
