The charity recently built homes. of the houses have granite for the kitchen countertops while the rest have porcelain tile. Fifteen of the homes have red oak for the wooden kitchen floor, have white oak, and ten have maple. If a disaster victim is randomly assigned to a home, what is the probability (in percent) of getting a home with an oak floor and granite countertops?
