Consider the quadratic equation $6x^2 + 11x - 10 = 0$.

1. Solve it using the Zero Product Property.

Refer to the Math Notes boxes in Lessons 4.1.4 and 5.1.4 for help with factoring and using the Zero Product Property.

$x=\frac{2}{3}$ or $-\frac{5}{2}$

2. Solve it using the Quadratic Formula.

$x=\frac{-b\pm \sqrt{{b^{2}-4ac}}}{2a}$

1. Do your solutions from parts (a) and (b) match? If not, why not?
