An average school bus holds people. Make a complete graph showing the relationship between the number of students who need bus transportation and the number of buses required.

Let the -axis represent the number of students.
There can't be a fraction of a bus. All student must be on the bus.

A step function, x-axis labeled, # of Students, y-axis labeled, number of buses. Each step is 45 units long. The first step is at y = 1, from x, = 0 to 45, with an open circle on 0, and a closed circle on 45. Each step goes up by 1, following the same pattern. 4 steps are shown.
