$\sqrt{3x-6}+6=12$
Step (a):
Subtract $6$ from both sides and then square both sides. Solve for $x$ .
$\sqrt{3x-6} = 6$
$3x-6=36$
$3x=42$
Answer (a):
$x=14$

$11x^2=-10x-11$
