Suppose you wish to find outputs for the function *y* = *x*^{3} on the interval 1 ≤ *x* ≤ 3, by tenths. Your calculator can do this easily with the [TABLE] command. First use [TBLSET] ([2nd] [WINDOW]) to set up the table. Make TblStart = 1, ΔTable = 0.1. Highlight Auto for both the independent and dependent variables. The function *y* = *x*^{3} should be entered in Y1. The values for *x* appear with their corresponding *y*-values (e.g. when *x* = 1.5, *y* = 3.375).
