Step 1:

Write the fraction as one radical.

$\sqrt{\frac{8m^{2}}{2m}}=6$

Step 2:

Simplify.

$\sqrt{4m}=6$

Step 3:

Square both sides.

$4m=36$

Step 4:

Solve.

Answer:

$m=9$
