Use the dominant term idea to evaluate the limit.

1. $\lim \limits _ { x \rightarrow 0 } \frac { 2 x ^ { 3 } - 7 } { 3 x ^ { 3 } + 4 x - 5 }$

Substitute $0$ for $x$.
