Let $g(x) = \frac { 2 x + 4 } { x + 3 }$.

1. Rewrite the equation for $g(x)$ in the form of $y =\frac { a } { x + 3 } + k$ and sketch the graph.

$\frac{2(x+3)+ \:?}{x+3}$

2. Write at least three limit statements describing the graph of $y = g(x)$.

These should include: $\lim\limits_{x \to \pm\infty} g(x)$  $\lim\limits_{x \to -3^\pm} g(x)$
