Graph each of the following functions.

1. $y = \log_2(x + 3) + 4$

$2^{y-4}-3=x$

Make a table and choose $y$-values near $y = 4$. Compute the corresponding $x$-values.

1. $y = \frac { 1 } { 5 }(7)^{x−3}$

This is an exponential growth function that is vertically 'stretched' by a factor of $1/5$ and shifted $3$ units right.

To locate specific points on the curve, compute the $y$-values when $x = 2, 3,$ and $4$.
