10-113.

Identify all of the roots of the polynomial $p(x) = x^3 − 3x^2 − 3x + 1$.

The possible rational roots are $x = ±1$.
Divide out either $(x + 1)$ or $(x −1)$ to see which factor results in no remainder.

Use the Quadratic Formula to solve for the roots of the polynomial that results form the division.
