Convert the following equations from polar form to rectangular form and state the requested information.

1. State the center and the radius of the circle $r = 8\sin(θ)$.

$r^2=8r\sin(\theta)$

$x^{2} + y^{2} = 8y$

Complete the square so that you can identify the center and radius of the circle.

2. State the slope and $y$‑intercept of the line $r = \frac { 3 } { 5 \sin ( \theta ) + \cos ( \theta ) }$.

$5r\sin(\theta)+r\cos(\theta)=3$

$5y + x = 3$
