Identify all of the roots of the polynomial $p(x) = 3x^4 + 5x^3 + 7x^2 + 3x - 2$.

The possible rational roots will be the form $\pm \frac{\text{factor of }2}{\text{factor of }3}$.

Graph the polynomial to determine which rational roots are actual roots.
Then divide out the corresponding factors.
