12-119.

Given $h(x) = \frac { 7 x + 1 } { x - 2 }+ 2$ , write an equation for $h^{−1}(x)$.

$x=\frac{7y+1}{y-2}+2$

$x-2 =\frac{7y+1}{y-2}$

$(x-2)(y-2)=7y+1$

$xy-2x-2y+4=7y+1$

$xy-9y=2x-3$

$xy-9y=2x-3$
