This problem is a checkpoint for conic sections.

Identify each conic and sketch the graph. Also include all of the key information, such as the locations of the foci and/or the equations of any asymptotes.

1. $\frac { ( x - 4 ) ^ { 2 } } { 50 }+ (y − 3)^2 = 1$

1. $\frac { ( y + 2 ) ^ { 2 } } { 9 } - \frac { ( x - 3 ) ^ { 2 } } { 16 }= 1$

1. $2y^{2} − x + 4y + 2 = 0$

1. $9x^{2} − 16y^{2} + 54x − 32y + 29 = 0$

Ideally at this point you are comfortable working with these types of problems and can complete them correctly.
