Solve: $\sqrt{c+1}=5-c$

1. Square both sides (put parentheses on the right side of the equation). Be sure you have a middle term once you expand the right!
2. Move all terms to one side of the equation, setting the function equal to $0$.
3. Factor.
4. Solve using the Zero Product Property.
