Solve eqach of the following inequalities. Represent the solutions algebraically and on a number line.

1. $2 | 3 x - 5 | \geq 4$

2. $\frac { 1 } { 3 } ( 3 x - 6 ) ^ { 3 } + 4 < 13$

$\frac{1}{3}(3\textit{x}-6)^{3}<9$

$\left(3x − 6\right)^{3} \lt 27$

$3x − 6 \lt 3$

$x \lt 3$

Plot the boundary point on a number line.
