Graph $y=-\frac{1}{2}x+6$. Find its $x$- and $y$-intercepts.

Remember: $y=mx+b$.

Start the graph at $(0,6)$.
Use the slope to create the line.
Note: the slope is negative, not positive.

The $x$-intercept is at: $(12,0)$.
The $y$-intercept is at: $(0,6)$.
