8-47.

Change $6x − 2y = 10$ to slope-intercept $(y=mx+b)$ form. Then state the slope $(m)$ and the $y$-intercept $(b)$.

Rearrange the equation into slope-intercept form and read the slope and the $y$-intercept right off the equation.
$−2y=−6x+10$
$y=3x−5$

$y$-intercept $=−5$
slope $=3$
