Graph $y=x^2-8x+7$ and label its vertex, $x\text{-intercepts}$, and $y\text{-intercepts}$.

Make a table.

The $x$-intercepts are where the graph intersects the
$x$-axis, or where $y=0$.

The $y$-intercept is where the graph intersects the $y$-axis, or where $x=0$.

The vertex is the lowest or highest point on the curve of the parabola.
