On graph paper, graph a line with $y$-intercept $(0,−4)$ and $x$-intercept $(3,0)$. Find the equation of the line. 7-42 HW eTool (Desmos)

Plot the two points and draw a line connecting them. Draw a slope triangle and find the rise over the run.

Remember $y=mx+b$
Substitute the slope that you found for $m$, and the $y$-intercept (given) for $b$.
