At a fair, Cyrus was given the following opportunity.  He could roll the die formed by the net at right one time.  If the die landed so that a shaded face faced up, then Cyrus would win $\10$.  Otherwise, he would lose $\5$.  Is this game fair?  Explain how you know.

It would be a fair game if he expects to neither win nor lose money.

Yes, the game is fair because the expected value is $\frac{2}{6\ }\left(10\right)+\frac{4}{6}\left(-5\right)=0$.
