Victor and Hugo were shooting baskets. Hugo made of his shots. Victor made out of his shots. Who is the better shooter? Show all of your work and explain your reasoning clearly.

To identify the better shooter, find what portion of their shots each shooter made. Then make each fraction over so that you can compare them more easily.
