1. The voting age is $18$ years old.

This problem is very similar to 9-73, so refer to that problem if you are having trouble.

This is a mathematical relationship. Does that make it exact or approximate?

3. The length of my pencil is $10.25$ centimeters.

Do you think the pencil is exactly $10.25$ cm? Is it possible that it is a few millimeters shorter or longer?

Approximate, since this is a measurement.

4. I put $2$ tablespoons of chocolate syrup on my ice cream.
