Arrange the data in ascending numerical order.
$15\:\: 29\:\: 48\:\: 50\:\: 55\:\: 61\:\: 64\:\: 81\:\: 97\:\: 100 \:\:102$

Find the middle number, the middle number of the upper half, and the middle number of the lower half.

Median $= 61$
Upper Quartile $= 97$
