Draw any quadrilateral. Then enlarge or reduce it according to the directions below.

1. Enlarge it by a ratio of $\frac { 7 } { 2 }$. Record the lengths of the sides of the original and the new quadrilateral on your drawing.

The sides of your new figure should be $3.5$ times the length of the original sides.
2. Now reduce your original quadrilateral by a ratio of $\frac { 4 } { 5 }$. Again, record the lengths of the sides of the new quadrilateral.
