Hint (a):

Show how you can calculate the width of your new rectangle.

Step 1 (b):
What number did you multiply $7$ units by to get $13$ units?
Use this same multiplier to calculate the new enlarged width.
$\frac{13}{7}\approx\ 1.86$

Step 2 (b):

Use $1.86$ to find the new width of the rectangle.

$5(1.86) = 9.3 \text{ units}$
