Solve the system of equations.

$5^{2x}·5^y=25$
$\log(x)+\log(y+9)=\log(12)$

Rewrite each equation using the properties of exponents or the properties of logarithms.

Equation 1: $5^{2x+y}=5^2\ →\ 2x+y=2$

Equation 2: $\log(x(y+9))=\log(12)\ →\ x(y+9)=12$
